Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Associate. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our procurement and EPC contracting processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. As a Procurement Associate, you will work closely with various departments to support the execution of purchase orders and construction contracts for our North America solar and energy storage pipeline.

Responsibilities

support Request for Proposal processes for equipment and construction services, including the negotiation of associated contracts.

stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new products to make informed procurement decisions.

coordinate transportation, storage, and delivery of equipment orders.

track, forecast, and report on procurement-related cash-flows.

maintain accurate and organized procurement records, including contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
