Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and friendly receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive image to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication & customer service skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. Pay will be based on experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Have a strong understanding of our service areas.

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Organize and maintain service routes on calendar.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and light cleaning.

- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible with assignments, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively

- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Minimal lifting may occasionally be required.
