There are six services that EPS offers: Project Management; Spectaculars; Rigging and Inspections; Mechanical Design; Performer Flying; and Training. We serve clients in all aspects of the entertainment industry, including major theme parks and leisure cruise companies.
The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring project objectives are met. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their project management skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
- Assist the Project Manager in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and project plans
- Help identify and manage project resources, ensuring timely availability and allocation
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Monitor and track project issues, risks, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed
- Support budget management activities, including tracking expenses and assisting with financial reporting
- Ensure project schedules and work plans are effectively detailing milestones and deliverables
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, issues, and changes
- Assist in ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and maintaining project management tools
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role or commensurate experience
- Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, techniques, and certifications
- Proficient in standard office management tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,)
- Basic understanding of project management software (e.g. - Asana, Monday, or Wrike) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related experience.
This role will be based in Las Vegas, with most work being performed in an office environment. From time to time, as projects dictate or as needed to advance the strategies of the organization, travel may be needed for project support or professional development. Travel is estimated at a 10% level. Work may also be performed remotely, as agreed mutually between employee and supervisor
