Accounting Coordinator

who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting projects, and making sure invoices and payments run smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare and send customer invoices

- Track and follow up on payments with project managers and clients

- Answer customer questions about invoices

- Process commission payments for representatives

- Assist with month-end close and data entry

- Maintain accurate records and support financial reporting

- Help with export documentation and letters of credit when needed

What We’re Looking For:

- High school diploma required; Associate’s in Accounting preferred

- 2+ years of experience in accounting, contracts, or purchasing

- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word (Dynamics 365 a plus)

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks

- A proactive teammate who can also work independently
