Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts. Build technical talent pipelines, foster a culture of innovation and accountability, and collaborate closely with executive leadership to meet critical project milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with R&D, production, engineering, and procurement to align technical solutions with business goals. Monitor performance metrics, report progress, and implement lessons learned from trials and operations to drive ongoing improvements.
