About This Job

About Us

Accuenergy is a Toronto-based company dedicated to research, design and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We also provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.

Responsibilities

•

Work closely with RD team to create test plans, write test script, conducts verification tests, and document test results

•

Set up and maintain different test environments

•

Execute regression tests, automated tests, manual tests, integrated tests

•

Work with application engineers to duplicate and demonstrate issues

•

Analyze, document, and publish test results

•

Follows established development guidelines and standards and makes recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

•

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

•

1+ years hands-on experience in Embedded software QA or development environment.

•

Experience to use of standard test equipment such as signal generators and oscilloscopes

•

Experience following Agile development methodology and familiar with software tools such as Jira and Confluence

•

Strong communication and organization skills

•

Experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, DNP3, MQTT, IEC61850 is a plus

•

Experience with power system is a plus
