Job Description: Solar Lead Generation / Appointment Setter

As an Appointment Setter at SimpleFlow Solar, you will be at the forefront of lead generation and client acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to help homeowners transition from costly, polluting energy sources to clean, renewable solar energy. This role involves direct homeowner lead generation through cold calling, remote appointment setting via an auto-dialer, and scheduling quality in-home appointments.
- Utilize various communication channels, including calls, emails, and texts, to assess lead validity and potential.
- Engage in outbound calls to schedule appointments.
- Represent SimpleFlow Solar with distinction in all interactions.
- Master the use of CRM tools and other necessary resources.
- Become a skilled appointment setter with comprehensive product knowledge.
- Set high-quality appointments that lead to sales and commission for you.
- Performance Based Weekly Pay plus commissions based on installations
- Must meet standard quota for appointment setters: 4 sales per month
- Potential for a six-figure annual income, though not guaranteed
- Independent contractor (1099)

- Eligibility: 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.We expect total commitment and a high work ethic for you to be successful with us. Our 30-Day Probationary Training Program is designed to fuel your success.
