Pay Range: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Finishing Line Lead to support and guide daily operations within our finishing department. This is a working leadership role, requiring an individual who leads by example while working closely with the Finishing Supervisor to ensure production goals are met and customer demands are consistently achieved.

- Lead and participate in daily production activities on the finishing line to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.
- Assign, organize, and monitor work to ensure an efficient and continuous workflow.
- Track job progress and proactively address potential issues to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
- Provide real-time support to team members by answering questions, resolving challenges, and reinforcing expectations.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance skills, improve performance, and maintain quality standards.
- Promote and model safe work practices, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Perform hands-on finishing tasks alongside the team, including inspection, packing, loading, unloading, and coating
- Communicate equipment, material, or staffing needs to the Finishing Supervisor promptly to avoid production delays.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production; experience in finishing operations is a plus.
- Previous leadership experience and desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing production environment.
- Team-oriented with a proven ability to lead by example.
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, production instructions, and blueprints.
- Demonstrated dependability, self-motivation, and a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Travel may be required for training or company events.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

Full-time position. Typical shift schedule is 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, depending on production needs. Flexibility may be required to meet customer demand.
