We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects to enhance office efficiency.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
