Job Overview: As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment like balers, compactors, and other machinery. You will travel to customer locations across Michigan using a service vehicle provided by the company. The role requires strong mechanical skills, proficiency in welding, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

- Provide your own basic tools

- Clean driving record

- Previous work history on machinery

- Good work ethic and professional attitude

- Mechanically Inclined

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience with Machinery: You’ve worked with industrial equipment before—balers, compactors, or similar machinery—and you’re comfortable troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues.

- Welding Skills: You’re proficient in MIG or stick, or other welding techniques.

- Problem-Solver: You enjoy diagnosing and fixing problems independently while being a team player when needed.

- Reliable & Responsible: A clean driving record and reliable transportation is important. We trust you to manage a company vehicle and tools. You’ll need to bring your basic tools, but we’ll provide what you need to get the job done.

- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using your mobile device for clocking in/out, tracking job details, and taking photos. We’ll reimburse you for your mobile usage!
