Position Overview:

V3 Electric is looking for skilled Senior Installers to join our growing field operations team. This role focuses on residential rooftop installations and offers strong opportunities for advancement. We’re seeking dependable professionals who bring hands-on solar experience, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to lead projects in varying outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the assembly and installation of racking and solar arrays, ensuring quality and safety.

- Direct the installation of roof-mounted solar systems and coordinate workflow.

- Ensure all roof penetrations are properly sealed to maintain structural integrity.

- Maintain a clean and organized work site.

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and project specifications.

- Train and mentor junior team members to foster a productive work environment.

- Communicate project progress and troubleshoot issues with management.

Qualifications:

- Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements and be eligible to drive for this position.

- Solar installation experience required.

- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Ability to safely climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

- Proven leadership and team management experience.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

Schedule: M-F, starting as early as 6:00 am. Saturdays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time + Overtime

Pay: $25-26/hour
