Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Roofer with strong leadership, administrative abilities, and specialized expertise in roofing repair to oversee roofing projects and ensure exceptional outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a servant leadership mentality, prioritizing team growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead a Team of Roofers: Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of roofers to ensure projects, including complex repairs, are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

- Interface with Clients: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle, particularly for repair-related concerns.

- Administrative Duties: Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

- Embody Servant Leadership: Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by supporting team members, promoting professional development, and leading by example.

- Roofing Repair Expertise: Diagnose and execute complex roofing repairs, ensuring durable and high-quality solutions for a variety of roofing systems.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of professional roofing experience, including 5 years as a foreman leading roofing crews.

- Demonstrated expertise in roofing repair, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with various roofing materials and systems.

- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of roofers.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

- Administrative proficiency, including project management and documentation.

- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, repair techniques, and safety regulations.

- Commitment to servant leadership principles, with a focus on team empowerment and client satisfaction.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
