Help Wanted: Part-Time Office Administrator – Customer Service & Light Accounting
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to support daily operations in a small business setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, communicates professionally, and brings a solid foundation in both customer service and light accounting.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with basic customer service inquiries
- Perform light accounting tasks using QuickBooks, including AP/AR function
- Manage general office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for correspondence and reporting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Prior experience in office administration or bookkeeping preferred
- Part-time role: 20–30 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available
- Solo office environment with autonomy over daily operations
