Accurate Fabrication, a leading metal fabricator located in Hartford, WI, is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. This position will collaborate with our leadership team to facilitate accurate AR, AP, Invoicing, reconciliations, payroll and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day-to-day financial operations within the company (AR, AP, Invoicing, Reconciliations)

- Process bi-weekly payroll including JE and 401K deposits

- Perform financial planning and analysis to assist team with budget planning, assessment of financial goals and results and future planning

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Preferred), minimum of Associate’s degree in Accounting

- 2 to 5 years of related work experience with progressive responsibilities

- Experience with processing payroll

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Creative and critical thinking skills

- Demonstrated high character and trust
