Main Job Responsibilities

The Remote Part-Time Billing Auditor is responsible for reviewing and analyzing billing records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to organizational policies and regulations. This role involves identifying discrepancies, resolving billing issues, and maintaining detailed audit reports.

Essential Duties:

- Create and prepare Excel spreadsheets to track audit findings

- Understand work order process requirements and be able to flag work orders that are closed as non-compliant to company and state policies

- Review job site photos

- Perform daily and weekly audits according to the company's billing policies and procedures

- Communicate with Field Managers and Technicians on audit findings.

Status: This is a Part-Time position, working Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED

- Experience in administrative type work (Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Worker, Clerical Worker, etc.)

- Experience using MS Office to include Excel.

Rate of Pay:

$18.00/hour to $22.00/hour and is based on experience.
