We’re growing and looking for dependable CDL drivers to run local commercial waste collection routes. This is a full-time, year-round job with steady hours and great pay — and you’ll be home every night. New hires receive 2–4 weeks of paid training with a driver trainer.

- Hours: 50–55 per week

- Annual Pay: $70,000 – $80,000

Responsibilities

- Operate a front-load truck on scheduled commercial routes (60–100 stops/day)

- Complete all stops safely and efficiently with minimal supervision

- Navigate routes using maps/directions as needed

- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation

- Front Load: Handle light physical duties such as opening gates and operating equipment

- Rear Load: Handle physical duties such as moving garbage containers, lifting cans, and being outdoors in all weather conditions

Qualifications

- Valid Class A or B CDL & DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)

- Comfortable with early morning start times (2–3 AM)
