Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Appointment Setter located anywhere in BC, with opportunities to work from home. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as setting appointments by going Door to Door/cold calling, scheduling, and generating leads. They will communicate with potential clients and provide excellent customer service to ensure all appointments are efficiently managed and lead generation activities are optimized.

Qualifications

- Skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling

- Experience in Lead Generation

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent education is a must
