Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role involves engaging in B2B sales, utilizing CRM software, and leveraging telemarketing techniques to generate leads and close deals. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in our business development efforts, focusing on technology sales and inside sales strategies.
- Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and foster long-term relationships with customers.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, including identifying potential business opportunities and developing tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment or construction equipment..
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and drive business development initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
