Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC, a world class supplier of power generation services, parts and repairs, has an immediate opening for a qualified individual who has a desire to join a growing organization and an appetite for diverse and technically challenging work. In this role, you will work to achieve objectives that have a significant impact on areas of responsibility. You will influence process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Assurance policies, practices, and procedures.

Specific Responsibilities Of This Role Include

- Reviews, makes recommendations and updates Quality Assurance plans, guidelines, policies, and processes that support the achievement of Quality targets.

- Provides production process analysis, ensuring quality standards are met and proposing quality improvements.

- Collects and analyzes quality information for the development of quality strategy and programs.

- Analyzes quality improvement processes to ensure on-going reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes

- Implement and track “Cost of Poor Quality”

- Core Responsibilities:

- Develop a process for maintaining and tracking calibration throughout the facility. This action will require coordination with shop floor employees, Engineering, Purchasing and Facilities.

- Adjust/Revise Policies and Procedures as needed, paying close attention to Routers, WI and TS.

- Maintain and help perform First Article Inspections.

- Maintain NDT and Welder certifications.

- At times may have to perform basic inspection steps to support production floor, closeout quality documentation and sign Certificate of Conformances as needed.
