This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales / Business Development professional specializing in Electrical Switchgear. While the role is based in Greater Houston, and requires working remotely while traveling visiting existing and new customers. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing training on products and solutions. The role will also involve overseeing sales management activities to meet targets and contribute to company growth.
* Experience with low, medium and/or high voltage switchgear & power transformers is desirable
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and address their needs effectively
- Proven ability in Sales and Business Development for achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in Training clients or team members on products and services
- Expertise in Sales Management, including overseeing processes and guiding team performance
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in the electrical, oilfield, marine, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
