Job Description:

A Regulatory Technician position responsible for managing state permitting processes, documentation, and administrative duties with a focus on WOGCC (Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission) permits and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in submitting WOGCC permits and renewals

- Upload permitting details to RBDMS (Eform) using Python script

- Review attachments for accuracy and completeness

- Format notice lists, generate notice copies and mailing labels

- Package and send mailings with appropriate mailing dates

- Monitor and maintain mailing supply levels

- Request and submit checks for permit submissions

- Work on process improvements in state permitting

- File plats, submissions, approvals, bonds, ROWs, and permitting documents

- Notarize documents

- Assist in coding invoices

- Provide weekly progress reports on WOGCC APDs

- Maintain accurate tracking of APD submissions and approvals

- Perform bimonthly QC against WOGCC website and Epex

Skills and Qualifications:

- Administrative experience in an office environment

- 2-5 years of regulatory experience preferred

- Wyoming state permitting experience a plus

- Proficiency in Python scripting

- Notary certification

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Experience with RBDMS (Eform) systems

Job Details:

Location: Local to Denver, CO

Pay: $34-$41/hr
