Maintenance Job Description

Location: Onaway, MI, 49765

Skills:

•

Implement a maintenance program to ensure all equipment is in proper working order and calibrated as needed.

•

Identify areas of the facilities that need repair and collaborate with operating staff to create a safe working environment for all employees.

•

Implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.

•

Maintain maintenance records for all equipment.

•

Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.

•

Record type and cost of maintenance and repair work.

•

Calibrate all required equipment annually, unless otherwise needed.

•

Ensure all equipment operating instructions are located on equipment, along with all safety concerns as provided by the manufacturer.

•

Order parts, supplies, and equipment to maintain or repair equipment.

•

Physically complete all repairs, once diagnosed.

•

Provide general cleaning of buildings or properties, when needed.
