Join our crew supporting one of Alaska's most critical gold mines. We're hiring skilled Iron Workers to handle structural steel repair and erection for a belt system. Earn $30–$36/hr, with overtime opportunities available.

What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform welding, cutting, and erection of steel.

- Read and follow drawings to plan and execute next-phase tasks.

- Use various welding methods, including dual shield MIG and 6010 & 7018 stick welding.

- QC your work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.

- Follow jobsite safety procedures and help keep a clean, hazard-free work zone

- Assist with other jobsite duties as directed by site supervisors

Requirements:

- Proficiency with Stick and MIG welding in an industrial environment; D1.1 certification is a plus.

- Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments

- Must have a valid driver's license.

- Must pass a background check and drug screening (required for mine site access).

- Flexibility to work extended hours, shifts, weekends, and nightshift as necessary.
