Campos Holding Company is growing and are looking for a qualified Safety Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO. The Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and maintaining of a variety of health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure the highest possible degree of safety for employees. The Safety Coordinator may assist with leading/managing Field Safety Rep’s in their geographic area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation.
•Ensuring that federal, state, and local environmental, health and safety laws, regulations, rules and codes are observed at all offices and job sites.
•Assist in developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing company safety programs and written procedures.
•Conducting, facilitating, and tracking OSHA-required training and training on industry best practices.
•Visiting company offices and job sites to assess for regulatory compliance and preparing detailed written reports of observations for management to follow up on.
•Assisting with OSHA injury recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
•Preparing and submitting safety prequalification deliverables.
•Supporting incident investigations and related reporting.
•Tracking company safety metrics and identifying gaps and room for improvement.
•Promptly addressing safety concerns brought up by employees and providing technical support to staff.
•Ensuring the appropriate safety equipment and other necessary resources are available for employee use.
•Assist in pre-job planning through the lenses of a safety professional.
•Maintain company core values.
•Communicate with the clients safety professionals to ensure client compliance.
•Periodically review safety documentation and work with the Safety Director to make any needed changes.
•Maintain client safety compliance within management platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta, ITS, Energy Worldnet and more.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor’s degree in an occupational health/safety or related field.
•5 years of safety related work experience
•Prior experience in oil and gas is a plus
•Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
•Proficient with Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft platforms
•Familiarity with ISNetworld, Avetta, Energy Worldnet and other industry-related platforms.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
