Are you an experienced and dynamic Journeyman / CNC Machinist ready to take on exciting challenges in a fast-paced environment? Look no further! Academy Petroleum Industries is expanding its team and seeking passionate individuals to join us in operating our Toyoda/Hyundai 3 and 4 Axis machines with Fanuc Controls.

Position: Journeyman / CNC Machinist Shifts Available:

- Day Shift, afternoon Shift

Starting Wage: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (depending on experience) Benefits: Employee review after 3-month probation, great benefits package, competitive wages, and frequent overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently operate Toyoda and Hyundai machines equipped with Fanuc Controls

- Set up and machine a variety of sophisticated parts, including repair work

- Verify programs and interpret engineering drawings

- Experience with cutting internal and external threads

- Work independently to meet tight deadlines

- Troubleshoot problems and adapt to urgent tasks

- Utilize precision measuring tools and quality inspection equipment

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience with Milling machines

- Certified Journeyman, Journeywoman, or CNC Machinist preferred

- Own means of transportation and availability for overtime as needed

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
