We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. A background in food service or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen surfaces.

- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.

- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred but not required.

- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
