Skills Required:

- Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic

Responsibilities:

- Greeting and directing visitors

- Answering and transferring calls

- Maintaining inventory of various supplies

- Tracking orders, deliveries, and invoices

- Organizing and stocking supplies and materials

- Maintaining and distributing office calendar

- Assisting with event planning and coordination of vendors

- Receiving and distributing mail

- Packing and sending shipments

- Maintaining conference room schedule
