Baffinland Iron Mines is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Engineers in Training (EITs) to join our Maintenance and Reliability teams. These roles are part of a structured graduate development program designed to build technical expertise within a high-performance mining operation in the Canadian Arctic.

Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in either maintenance engineering or reliability engineering, depending on business needs and the candidate’s interests and strengths.

Maintenance Engineers in Training will report to the Maintenance Manager and support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of maintenance activities for equipment and facilities.
