We're representing a variety of organizations within clean energy, NewSpace, robotics and AI, and additive manufacturing that appear to have no shortage of mechanical engineering needs.

- Full lifecycle mechanical design experience (concept to production)

- Strong fundamentals in structural mechanics, thermal analysis, materials, and DFM

- Experience with electro-mechanical systems, mechanisms, or motion-heavy assemblies

- CAD proficiency (Onshape, SolidWorks, NX, or equivalent)

- Bonus: Exposure to harsh environments or rate production challenges

Roles span across the country but are primarily within SoCal/SF.
