Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Superintendent to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team of skilled workers. This role requires a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

- Lead, mentor, and develop plant personnel to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.

- Oversee inventory management, including raw materials and finished goods, to ensure optimal stock levels.

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.

Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

- Must have sufficient knowledge on crusher maintenance.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
