Retail Showroom Sales Consultant at KOHLER Store by Keller Supply (Bellevue, WA)
KOHLER Store in Bellevue, WA, is looking for sales consultants that are energetic, passionate, quick learners and personable, with a drive to succeed and provide excellent customer service! Our showroom provides a distinguished experience where homeowners can view and select from hundreds of Kohler’s families of product offerings (i.e., Kohler, Kallista, Robern, etc.). We provide a “one-stop” shopping experience for our customers looking to refresh or remodel their bathroom or kitchen spaces all within our beautiful showroom. Our team is extremely knowledgeable in Kohler’s vast plumbing product solutions and seeks to provide expert consultation services to meet our diverse clientele’s needs.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for increasing sales volume while ensuring high customer service expectations. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Consultant will have daily interaction with consumers, the design trade, contractors, distributors, and Kohler Co. Corporate Departments. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with prospective customers/clients to help create their overall vision and bring their design aesthetic to life.
Ø Drive Individual/Showroom Sales to meet and/or exceed set sales goals
Ø Learn, develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Kohler product lines, features, etc. *
Ø Provide friendly, prompt, and exceptional Customer Service throughout the entire Selling cycle from quote to delivery and beyond
Ø Develop and maintain strong Industry Relationships to attract continual business opportunities
Ø Timely follow-up on potential leads, generating and capturing new business
Ø May provide In-Home and In-Store Design Consultation for Bathrooms, as needed
Ø Minimum of 2-3 years Sales Experience with proven success record in meeting or exceeding sales goals (high end consumer sales preferred)
Ø Strong desire to succeed and exceed customer’s expectations while closing sales
Ø Must possess strong Communication Skills (written and verbal)
Ø Personable energetic nature and ability to connect with all different types of clientele
Ø Ability to multi-task easily while maintaining a strong attention to detail (thoroughness)
Ø Comfortable with on-the-job Experiential Learning (learning through experience)
Ø Ability to work independently and implement ways of measuring and monitoring one’s own performance against expectations (Accountability)
Ø Passion and desire to work with clients in co-creating designs and experiences that bring their spaces to life!
Ø Candidate must have computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn Keller Supply’s business system (Eclipse) On the job training provided.
Ø Annual Base Pay Range: $60K+ (DOE) + Sales Commission on Shipped Sales
Ø Showroom Hours: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (8-hour shift), Closed on Sunday with an additional split day off during the week (Saturdays required)
Ø Paid Time Off for Major Holidays (i.e., New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after, Christmas Day and day after)
