Westmor Industries is seeking a dependable individual to join our team as a Robotic Technician. In this role, you will develop, test, and implement programs and operate industrial FANUC robots. A Robotic Technician is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Operate and monitor robotic welding systems to ensure consistent, reliable performance.
- Prepare and complete production jobs by properly loading and unloading fixtures and components.
- Inspect weld quality, identify defects, and remove spatter using tools such as chisels, grinders, and other finishing equipment.
- Upload welding programs, manage file transfers, and resolve robot fault conditions as they arise.
- Apply correct welding parameters, procedures, and operational settings to achieve high‑quality welds.
- Troubleshoot robotic systems, sensors, welding equipment, and related automation components.
- Improve process efficiency by optimizing cycle times, reducing downtime, and enhancing overall system reliability.
- Maintain accurate documentation including backups, change logs, weld settings, and system configurations.
- Work closely with mechanical and industrial engineers to support system design, integration, and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company safety standards and maintain safe work practices in every task.
- The starting pay range for this position is $22-$26 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

- Able to produce strong, precise welds and take the lead when needed
