Industrial Maintenance Technician North Alabama Fabricating Company – Cullman, AL

North Alabama Fabricating Company, Inc. is a leader in the structural steel industry, providing high-quality fabrication services to projects across North America. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facility systems.

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

- Maintain and repair welding machines, cutting equipment, cranes, conveyors, and other plant machinery.

- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and workplace safety.

- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams.

- Work closely with production and safety teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Electrical proficiency required – including troubleshooting, wiring, and controls.

- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.

- Welding/fabrication skills a plus.

- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
