POSITION SUMMARY:The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Roofing Production Manager and Branch Manager to support scheduling and coordination for roofing and maintenance crews. This role is responsible for managing inbound customer and sales representative requests, scheduling dedicated maintenance crews, and ensuring new projects are properly prepared before installations. The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient scheduling and workflow across all assigned projects.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report directly to the Roofing Production Manager while collaborating with both the Roofing Production Manager and Branch Manager.
- Schedule all power washing and roofing re-sealing for dedicated roofing and maintenance crews.
- Manage inbound calls from customers and sales representatives for maintenance requests, scheduling work in real time while on the call.
- Oversee new projects entering the pipeline, ensuring roofing work is properly coordinated and scheduled before installation.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduling, project updates, and communications to support smooth operations.
- Provide proactive communication to customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certifications:
- 1 year in a customer service or administrative support role
- Preferred but not required: Experience in construction, roofing, or scheduling coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially in handling inbound calls and scheduling on the spot.
- Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or related roles (roofing or construction industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in using scheduling tools, CRM systems, or similar software.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
- Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
- Regularly spend long hours in intense concentration reviewing and entering data into a computer
- Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects
- Regularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet away
- Regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand

- Frequently work on projects that require deadlines
- Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
