Mid-State Supply is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join the team in Alexandria, LA. The responsibilities include:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Post Expense/PO Payables (including Directs).

- Manage EDI Que in Conexiom.

- Process Payment Runs (Check and ACH).

- Process Freight Claims.

- Process Freight Billing.

- Reconcile CC PO’s/Monthly Concur Processes.

- Code Expense Bills.

- Order Office and Janitorial Supplies.

- Monitor MSS Email Box.

- Manage Vendor statements.

- Provide Vendor Maintenance.

NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Take care of internal and external customers’ needs and concerns.

- Order flowers for Employee’s and families when events occur.
