Overview

ZEB Aluminum is seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery and will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations in a manufacturing setting. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment including front loader trucks, backhoes, roll-off trucks, forklifts, etc.

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Safely maneuver machinery while adhering to safety protocols.

- Collaborate with team members to complete work efficiently and effectively.

- Assist in loading and unloading materials using grapples and other attachments as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.

- Need to be avalible for shift work, 12HR Shifts avalible on Nights and Days

- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to minimize risks on the job site.

Experience

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to front loader trucks, backhoes, roll-off trucks, and forklifts.

- Compensation based on skills and experiance.

- Proficiency in operating excavators and wheel loaders.

- Experience with grapples is a plus.

- Ability to operate Caterpillar machinery is highly desirable.

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

- Strong understanding of safety practices related to heavy equipment operation.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
