HR Generalistto support our Director of Human Capital at our North Charleston office.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:
•
Source, screen, and recruit top talent for field and office roles
•
Write and post engaging job ads across platforms
•
Represent Wolf Line at career fairs and recruiting events nationwide
•
Own our LinkedIn and digital recruitment channels
•
Coordinate interviews and onboarding with hiring managers
•
Support field supervisors with attendance and performance tracking
•
Keep job descriptions and HR documentation accurate and up to date
•
Provide dependable admin support to the HR team
•
Help uphold and model company values and policies
📋 What We’re Looking For:
•
2+ years of HR experience or a related degree
•
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•
Familiarity with HR best practices and employment law
•
Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust across teams
•
Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting and site visits
