Voltage Wireline Inc. is seeking a motivated Log Analyst who is interested in a full time position based in Calgary, AB. This role will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to execute expert interpretations and presentations and provide technical support.

Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for executing Well Log analysis on various types of cased hole services including:

o Surface Casing Vent Flows (MiCro and Standard Noise Tools)

o Production and Injection logging using Emeraude Software

o Casing Inspection Analysis using Sondex WIVA/WIPER Software

o Fiber Optic DTS for Gas Lift Optimization and EOR

o Cement Bond Logs

o Neutron Logs

 Create logging programs.

 Assist in the development of new efficient processes involving existing and new technologies.

 Support the Technical Sales department by providing expert interpretations and reports.

 Prepare presentations and communications material as required.

 Good critical thinking and problem solving.

 Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision in a deadline driven

environment.

 Must be flexible and able to work overtime when necessary.

Required Experience (Must have):

 Oil and Gas Wireline experience Cased hole and Open Hole (OH preferable)

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

 Solid knowledge of Wireline and Coil tubing operations with at least 5 years Oil & Gas

experience.

 Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

 Technical Diploma or Engineering Degree (Required).

 Excellent written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills.

 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

 Knowledge of common logging software’s including Premier and Warrior.

 Knowledge in Data Analysis using Python programming.
