Job Summary:
To provide support to the Sales team by facilitating effective sales bid and award processes, promptly and professionally communicating with customers, and improving department efficiencies, reporting and analytics.
Duties/Responsibilities:
•Work with purchasing departments to assist with issue resolution between field team members, trade partners, and vendors.
•Track market data/permit reporting
•Resolve customer complaints
•Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
•Collaborates to develop sales quotas and strategies.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
•Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
•The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
•Experience as sales coordinator may be advantageous
