Summary

The Production Data Entry is responsible for preparing paperwork and entering data surrounding outgoing and incoming shipments. Responsibilities include reviewing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations, fielding questions for customers and vendors, as well as recording damages to inventory.

- Production Entry into ERP system (Epicor)

- Bill of Lading

- Customers Service - answering calls and emails

- Open and process mail

- Maintenance of office supplies

- Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems

- Previous Experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting

- Previous Shipping and Receiving or Production experience HIGHLY DESIRED

- Exemplary customer service

- Detail Oriented and multitasking skills

- Mathematical Skills

- Word, Excel and Outlook proficient

- Excellent organization and administrative skills

Education & Experience

- High School or equivalent

- 2 years of experience in Production Entry and/or S&R paperwork strongly desired

- Large machinery with moving parts as well as forklift traffic and material storage
