About the Role:
The Investor Onboarding Associate is a detail-oriented and proactive professional responsible for supporting the end-to-end investor onboarding process. This role ensures all investor documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with Regulation D (Reg D) requirements. Success in this position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
•Review subscription documents thoroughly to ensure completeness and compliance with Reg D and internal standards
•Identify and flag documentation issues or discrepancies
•Coordinate with internal representatives and external investors to collect missing or incomplete information
•Track onboarding progress and investor status using the firm's CRM system
•Assist in generating internal reports on onboarding metrics and process performance
•Provide relief support to the receptionist, including front desk coverage and administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements:
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Comfortable working in a deadline-driven and process-oriented environment
•Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
•Strong written communication skills and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
•Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and third-party vendors
•Familiarity with CRM platforms and document management systems is a plus
•Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion
Education and Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
•3+ years of technical, operational, or customer support experience
•Experience in the financial services, energy, or investment industry is a plus
