The Tron Solar Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business, educating homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, and guiding customers through the consultation process. This role combines lead development, in-home and virtual presentations, and partnership with our leadership team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

- Conduct in-home and virtual solar consultations with homeowners.
- Educate customers on system design, financial benefits, utility comparisons, and long-term savings.
- Manage sales pipeline from initial outreach to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with setters, canvass teams, and BDC to maximize appointment flow.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs with accountability to goals.
- Attend ongoing training, ride-alongs, and development meetings to master the Tron Solar sales system.
- Represent Tron Solar with professionalism, integrity, and care at all times.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate paperwork, site surveys, and job readiness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline and grit.
- Sales experience preferred (solar, home improvement, wireless, retail, or D2D highly valued).
- Ability to work evenings and weekends based on homeowner availability.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
