Job Overview
Treadwell LP Gas is seeking a dependable and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity with room for advancement for the right candidate who demonstrates strong skills and a commitment to excellent service.
Responsibilities
•
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers as needed or direct them to the appropriate team member.
•
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner.
•
Take and process gas orders accurately and efficiently.
•
Write up service work orders for our technicians.
•
Take payments and maintain basic cash handling protocols.
•
Support general office duties as needed.
Requirements
•
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
•
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
•
Reliable, punctual and professional demeanor.
•
Propane gas experience is a plus, but not required.
•
Must be willing to learn and grow within the company.
