Role Description
This is a commission-based, remote role for a PM Connector. The PM Connector is somebody who already has relationships in the multi-family industry in Denver, Colorado and can close deals with property managers for our Doorstep Waste Collection Service. Responsibilities include generating your own leads, closing 1 to 3 year contracts, collecting all necessary information, and filing the appropriate documentation.
This role will be compensated with a monthly commission for the lifetime of the client. Meaning even if you choose to no longer sell with us you will still receive payment. This role may also lead to a regional sales manager role, and possibly a C-Suite role if performed well.
Qualifications
Relationships with current or former multifamily management and/or leasing specialists
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
B2B sales preferred
Previous experience in waste management or a related field is a plus
