Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter or people with Roustabout experience doing bolt up and various oilfield related tasks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and materials, with the ability to work on both residential and commercial projects. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high standard of finish.
Duties
•
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
•
Apply paint using various techniques including airless paint spraying and hand tools.
•
Finish surfaces with caulking and drywall as needed.
•
Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the appropriate materials and techniques required for each project.
•
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
•
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.
Experience
•
Proven experience as a Painter in residential or commercial settings.
•
Familiarity with concrete finishing, stucco application, and construction estimating is preferred.
•
Knowledge of color theory and the ability to mix paints accurately.
•
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to painting tasks.
•
Ability to read blueprints and understand project requirements.
•
Experience in welding is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 70 per week
