· Optimizing artificial lift performance by studying well performance, shooting fluid levels, performing dynamometer surveys, respacing wells, managing pump-off controllers, and working with engineering and operations personnel.
· Recognizing inefficient pumping performance, analyzing problems, recommending, and implementing solutions.
· Complete Job Safety Analysis reports and provide notification of safety and technical issues
· Comply with all Company policies, procedures and safety requirements including the instructions and directions from individuals in supervisory positions.
· Complete administrative duties such as well test and billing reports
· Basic Computer Skills in Word and Excel
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
· Ability to write reports, and business correspondence.
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
· Must be a self-starting individual, competent, enthusiastic, and work well both independently and with a team.
· Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
