Truck Driver – Local Courier (Railroad Support)
Location: Chicago, IL (Chicagoland Railyards) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Class C Driver to provide local courier services between railyards. This role is essential to ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of products and materials that keep railroad operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle to make deliveries between railyards in the Chicago area.
- Follow delivery directions and schedules as provided.
- Maintain excellent customer service and represent the company professionally in all interactions.
- Complete all required railroad safety training.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and railroad safety protocols.
- Assist with light loading/unloading as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation.
Requirements
- Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills – able to build positive relationships.
- Commitment to safety and following railroad guidelines.
- Previous courier or delivery experience required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.53 - $29.55 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
