- Financial Reporting & Close: Assist in the end-to-end monthly close process for a large portfolio of entities (100+), ensuring the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. You will play a key role in preparing monthly and quarterly financial schedules, roll-forwards, and account reconciliations to support the close.
- A/P, A/R & Cash Management:
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and the collection of revenue. Perform weekly cash reconciliations and record all cash activity for the entities.
- Intercompany Accounting:
Help manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances across a multi-entity structure.
- Budget & Variance Analysis:
Assist in the preparation of monthly budget vs. actuals variance reports, helping the team analyze and explain key financial trends.
- Audit & Tax Coordination:
Support the accounting team by preparing audit schedules and gathering documentation for external auditors. You will also assist in providing necessary information for multiple annual partnership tax filings.- 2-5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- GAAP accounting experience
- Experience with General Ledger systems
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail. Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and multi-task responsibilities both individually and for the team
