Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Houston for a Business Development Representative. The position involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, creating and executing strategic sales plans, and achieving business growth targets. Day-to-day tasks include initiating contact with prospective clients, conducting presentations, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Strong skills in Communication and Sales to engage clients effectively and close deals.
- Experience in Business Development and growing client networks to support long-term partnerships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the energy, oil, or gas industries is a plus.
