Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in Retail and/or Service business with full P&L responsibility.
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills in a positive and safe work environment.
An unwavering customer-centric mindset with a keen understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Initiative to drive business growth and enhance team performance through effective solutions and financial controls.
Agility to respond to changing market conditions and consumer preferences.
Passion for retail operations and community engagement.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing budgets (labor, supplies, other expenses, banking, minor maintenance).
Overseeing team performance, health & safety, and compliance.
Maintaining high standards for guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and brand adherence.
Investment Requirements;
Retailers are responsible for providing working capital for the initial purchase of convenience-store inventory, operating funds, for each location. Investment requirements typically range from $75,000 to $175,000 per location, depending on the size and location of the store, with an average investment of approximately $140,000 per location.
